It looks original to me, but there is some florentine finish that may be factory finish or not ?

I'm not sure the hour and minute hands are original to the watch, but maybe they are. The crown is wrong. But the biggest problem I see is the lugs. They're not parallel and look like somebody pried 20mm spring pins in the 18mm lug gap. Also, I've never seen a Cosmic Moonphase with a florentine finish. My guess would be remnants of a crappy polish job. If I were in the market, I'd move on. Just not the right watch for me.
