    Hi All,

I am new and will get around to introductions on the correct thread but 1st.
BTW - I am in Michigan - USA
    If anyone can help.
I have inherited a nice Constellation .....I think.
I am new to Omegas now and need to know which battery this takes as I am
very interested in if it works or not. I did not get a lot of info on its condition.
    Is this watch part gold?
Some of the lettering is loosing its black so I know it needs some TLC
What is the estimated value. I know is is genuine but not sure what year it may be from.
I really really appreciate any help and I plan on being a part of all the fun here.
    I have photos -

    Thanks ! Brian

Welcome to the wonderful world of vintage Omegas!

The resale value may not be impressive, but if the only thing it needs is a battery, get it running and wear it from time to time. If the watch does not run with a battery, entire movements can sometimes be had for a modest price.
In my collection I still keep my first watch, a quartz Ω from 1988.
Yes, the golden parts are gold plated, the bezel with the roman numerals is solid gold.

Just find a dedicated watchmaker - and post your results here!
