Due to unexpected recent incomings, some will have to make way. This one was a hard decision to let go. This is the first Constellation reference, the 2648-1 with one of the cleanest waffle dials you will find. Comes is a nice stainless steel case with arrowhead hour markers. Serial is 13,2 Mil which dates to around 1952. Dial: The early dial is practically flawless and all texts are present. Dial has the desirable arrowhead hour markers, crosshair dial and Oval O of the Omega. Case: Polished in the past, still in good condition. Stainless steel case on a 2648-1 is not that common, and personally I prefer the steel case compared to the gold case. Medallion looks like a later replacement. Movement: Cal 354 Hands: Sadly, not original, it should be shorter. However it does look pretty nice overall with the watch. It should not be too hard to find the original hands. Crown: Signed and original. All functions working, service history unknown, recommend a service for daily wear. Watch located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Asking $2400 USD net to me. Shipping with EMS or add cost for DHL or FedEx. Watch is sold as-is. Prefer to do wire transfer or PayPal Gift. PayPal is accepted please add 4% and provide buyer reference. References available at request. Feel free to PM me for any questions.
Gorgeous watch, GLWS! I saved a photo from an eBay auction from Poland, I believe it was february 2019. Same reference, exactly the same hands.
Stunning. There's something about gold markers, stainless case, and waffle dial, that is a perfect combo.....you can dress it up or down. What is the case size?
Thanks Ben! It really is an awesome combo. I believe the case is 35mm without crown. Also, updated the listing after a member pointed out that the medallion is a later replacement.
