Omega Constellation question

Could be the photographic angle, but the Constellation star looks quite off centre to me.
Hm, you´re right, it looks off center in the two photos... Could this be original or could it be something else?

Uncommonly, genuine dials have a slightly misaligned star (which has been labelled a 'Wonky Star'). Wonky stars may be OK though if everything else suggests a genuine dial (which seems to be the case here, based on several experts' opinions).

Always possible that the marks on the rotor and case back are historical and repair was carried out in the past ???

It sure is, but the sellers rep is a bit questionable so Im not taking any chances! But it all seems to be in order, Im just waiting for him to talk to his watchmaker and see if this is a problem that was fixed or an old one as you say.
