Hi All, spotted this today & it just caught my eye , but I have no knowledge of the reference or if the asking price is anywhere in the right ball park . It's for sale at a local pawnbrokers & I've had a quick look at it as per pictures . It will need a new crystal & service ( no doubt ) . Any assistance or comments positive or negative are more than welcome . Sorry these are the only pictures I have .

Nice dial. I’m hoping it’s a mark on the crystal just to the left of ‘officially’.
And the plating by the crown and adjacent to the crystal seems worn or scuffed.
If you decide to go for it, you will need to use your bargaining skills to get the price down nearer £400. A cash purchase can speak louder than words 😉

Thanks for the advise & much appreciated, I might use your comments about the crystal & the plating as bargaining points .

So I went ahead & had a second look at the watch & decided it was one I wanted . So after some light haggling with the store manager over condition, potential service & crystal replacement ( thanks to Spruce for some great pointers ) a very agreeable price to me was agreed . And after some light polywatch buffing & general case cleaning here it is . Didn't realise it has a quick set date feature ( found it by accident ) & hacking movement . It has the original ( or genuine replacement) crystal & a Omega strap , missing the buckle . General condition seems good & no rubbing of the plating & I've no idea of its age or vintage .
