The last gold bezel I saw on Ofrei.com (for a different Constellation model) was priced at $1,000. Steel ones were around $500.

··Omega Qualified WatchmakerI don't know where the OP is, but you don't have to send the watch to Vietnam to get a new bezel made. I've used this place a couple of times for fixing cases and making new gold bezels:

The last 14k bezel I had made was $350 US, so by the time you ship that watch fully insured to Vietnam and back, I'm guessing the difference will be minimal if any at all...
