I'm not an expert in constellation. But this dial looks redone to me..

 

The hands look off to me. Usually there is black paint in the inner of the two cavities (what is the technical term? Window?), not white/lume.

 

Polished to death, refinished dial, counterfeit strap and buckle, PASS.
