While browsing the web in search of a first-series 1984 Constellation Manhattan with a quartz movement, I came across one that appears to have a tampered movement. This is how the movement in question looks:
However, as far as I know, the first version of the Constellation Manhattan is equipped with a quartz Omega 1422 movement (ETA-ESA 955.411), operating at 32,768 Hz, with 7 jewels, a regulation screw, and chronometer certification, which looks like this:
What did they do to the poor movement in the first photo?
