Omega Constellation Manhattan 398.0866 crystal and gasket

Hello,

The crystal on my Omega Constellation Manhattan Ref 198.0140 / 398.0866 (bi-tone) has cracked.
I found a replacement that is for 396.1070 which seems exactly the same part (G70160).
I’ve measured my crystal with the calliper (as it sits slightly proud above the case) and it’s exactly 31.5mm.

Would someone be able to confirm this is indeed a good replacement?
One other thing - will it require a gasket change? If yes, would someone be able to help with the part number for this?
