·A very special solid 18kt yellow gold Omega Constellation. On the outside this looks like any other hidden crown Omega Constellation, save perhaps for its yellow gold case. Setting this Constellation apart from others however is its British manufactured case hallmarked indicating its origin in a little city known as London. The fancy "S" makers mark was first registered into London's Assay office in 1946 by a gentleman by the name of David Shackman. The registration location for the corporation in conjunction with hallmarks indicating the assay office all correctly match and result in a very neat vintage watch indeed.

CASE: The 35.5mm solid 18kt yellow gold case is in good shape. It has been lightly polished in the past. The case retains distinct factory lines for the beveled edge lugs. The medallion on the caseback is sharp and defined. The crystal is original to the watch. The London manufactured case presents with wear that is even throughout. The case presents with a beautiful rosy red patina in certain areas - something that is known to happen with gold cases after years of sitting.
DIAL: The original silver sunburst dial is in good shape. It presents with the ever so faint even spotting patina that can be seen in certain lighting situations. It features gold applied baton style hour markers with black painted inlays and matching broad dauphine hands.
MOVEMENT: Omega automatic caliber 564 chronometer certified. Service history is unknown. The watch winds, sets and runs. It was placed on a timegrapher which illustrated that it is keeping time within 57 seconds per day with an amplitude of 233. The watch can be serviced for $325 plus parts (if any are needed.) If serviced the watch will come with a one year warranty.
BRACELET: Comes on the pictured, brand new, TUNs genuine leather strap complete with quick release spring bars.
