Omega Constellation cal.564. Reference: ST 168.004 Is this right?

I am looking to buy a Constellation, and I found this one for sale.

It looks to be in good condition, although I have 2 problems.

1) Is the dial original or has it been tampered with?

2) The given reference (168.004) should be of a cal. 561?

I would appreciate any and all advice/help possible.

Need high mag images to make real assessment. Have a look at other threads to see what kind of images are normal.

don't bother asking for more pics. that dial is a re-dial, not done well at all. Look at any constellation on the FS listings and on Constellation Show and Tell, to see how the fonts should appear on the dial...crisp, not blotchy....

And as another recent forum member, @Melofrei I definitely recommend looking at the FS listings here. Many Constellations come up for sale and if you are patient in imagine you'd feel more secure here than out in the wild on ebay. I know I definitely do!

The 168.004 should have cal. 561 not 564, but the mid-case is also wrong for that ref#. It's a complete franken!
