Omega Constellation Cal 561 Year 1961 Help Needed

Hi I own an Omega constellation 18 kt full gold (year 1961) - I wasn't wearing this watch for some time (I inherited it from my father). It's been serviced before but that was quite some time now.
The problem I'm facing is as follows:
The time would work for some 15 to 20 minutes but then the minute / and hour arm stop moving, whereas the seconds arm keeps ticking.
I am posting some images and video showing the movement.
I appreciate your help with this - is this a major issue with the watch? or is it something that can be fixed at a reasonable price.
I tried attaching a video file but was unable. Is there a way to do it?

I’ll tag one of our resident watchmakers @Archer to see if he will kindly chime in and offer some advice on your 14384 deluxe - but you might have to wait until the sun rises in North America before any answers are forthcoming.

I think he needs just a service. Some parts could be damaged but i think no a big issue.
