I bought a baby blue Constellation dial for a 751 movement. It looks genuine to me, howerver I haven't been able to find any pictures of it online. Hope to hear your opinions on it! I'm planning on making a custom build, I really like the unique color.

I've never seen a Constellation dial with reverse stamped index markers (i.e. the marker stamped into the dial from the rear).
Only ever seen applied markers, fixed to the dial by rivetting the feet of the marker from the rear of the dial.

Someone repainted that blue, you can tell by how the Swiss Made is placed, the texture, and the odd colour that it isn't an original finish on that dial

Return it if possible. It's repainted ... poorly. The printing is sloppy, uneven, and just wrong.

As long as you know it’s not original, and you’re not paying over-market for what it is: if you like it, you can certainly enjoy something a little off the beaten path.
