Would someone be so kind to provide a qualified opinion about wether this Omega Constellation is authentic or fake?

Well at least it's in the right place now
At first glance - From the pics - it looks correct but you will need an in focus image of the dial to be sure
Do you have any more info?
Case type cal etc?
The crown looks to be a replacement as it's a slightly different shade
The case is nice and sharp
Nice medallion
The lugs don't have the usual facets underneath but IIRC the gold cap cases were like this
There a similar one in a recent separate thread

 

Not only does it look authentic, it looks to be in excellent condition too.

On the dial, in AUTOMATIC the A at the beginning is to the left of the O in OMEGA. But the C at the end is also to the left of the A in OMEGA. Is this right? Shouldn't they be centered? Or is it a trick of the place of the crystal?

 

A 14900 perhaps given the missing script on the dial ?
