I'm going to purchase this omega constellation arrowhead. I'm not sure the dial was redone or not.
I need help!

 

The minute track and 'Swiss Made' don't pass the eye test for me. The 'S' in Constellation looks wrong, as well. I can't comment about the crosshair as I don't know enough about that particular Connie feature.
