I would start a new project to give new life to a 561 Constellation movement stored my Omega spare parts from many years. It come from a a gold shop and the case was been unfortunately destroyed. The movement seems to works fine but obviously need to be tested, cleaned and oiled.

The dial looks reprinted and two index (6 and 9) aren't original, from my internet search I think the movement is for a reference 168.005 but the dial seems wrong.

Any help is accepted also to find correct case and dial shape.

    Here two pictures:

The dial is a lost cause and the movement looks rough. It might be a project, but it is definitely a money pit.

Agree with @kreyke. You will be better off waiting for a better example as a starting point for a project watch. The 168.005/14393's do show up once in a while...
