Omega Constellation 1963. Restored dial enough to put you off?

    Hi,

I've been looking for a vintage Conny and came across this from 1963 (although the database claims its from 1969?) which seems reasonably priced and looks beautiful. The seller has confirmed the dial has been restored. Would that be enough to put you off on a watch that you'd be looking at wearing daily as opposed for collecting purposes?

    Feedback appreciated

    Thanks

    Michael

I would pass, the rotor is also hitting/scrapping the caseback... better examples out there just need patience...

It's a nice piece for everyday wear. I would go for it in the right kinda price wear it and look for the original dial. I think otto frei have the dials for this one.

A restored dial doesn't necessarily put me off but this one would as I don't think it's a very good job at all.
