Welcome to the forum before anyone else leaps in you might want to check the posting etiquette. My eyes may be deceiving me but If you think (judging by your title) that its 18K gold you are mistaken, the case back appears to be stainless steel (the the reverse image you have provided) so you may be barking up the wrong tree if you want an solid gold connie. Bracelet could be gold, I can't tell, it could also be a plated casio bracelet, images are very poor. I'd be surprised but happily stand corrected if the bracelet is 18K, it looks very intricate for an 18K BCT but who knows From the not good images you have provided it looks like a very clean gold cap (possibly rose) constellation, possibly a bumper or a 500 series, I would say 1956-1962 wish but I am not the expert, I am sure they will chime in. The dial is the key and I cannot tell if it has a lovely patina or is shot, from the very blurred image I would say the dial is showing patina on the lower edge in the form of age spots You need to post better pictures if you want a solid appraisal, a little more information other than 'is this watch I want to buy real' might also help and encourage some additional support in your quest for advice
