    Hello everybody

A while back my father was talking about an old Omega Constellation he received when he was in my age, and since then I have been on the hunt for this watch. I have now managed to locate this watch in an auction in Sweden. But, I am a bit reluctant to actually buy it due to my inexperience with watches and therefore would appreciate if I could get some advice first.

I have uploaded some pictures, sorry to say the quality is not what one is used to in this forum.

How un/common is this watch? I have not had any luck finding this particular one, and the bracelet has been a factor in my hunting.

It has been used, and there is a few scratches on the glass. Everything is original. Considering this, is there any recommended price level?

I am planning on giving this as a birthday present next year, so I do have some time until then, in regards of the question how un/common it is

    Thanks in advance,

    Alex

Not at all uncommon, actually fairly common as "C" case Constellations go.

Photo quality is not clear enough to comment on the condition or originality of the dial, although the overall condition of the watch seems to be pretty good.

The bracelet is not original nor is it correct.

Hard to comment on value without a good clear photo of the dial.
