·Up for sale is an Omega Constellation 168.017 with caliber 564. I picked this watch up from the "Recommended on Ebay" thread, and I'm selling it for what I paid for it: $800 shipped in the US with bracelet or $650 shipped in the US head only. Payment accepted via Paypal (+3% G&S for established members) or Zelle. I usually ship via insured USPS Priority Mail but am happy to explore other options as well. International shipping to be discussed with buyer. I'm selling this watch because I have a similar non-lumed 168.017, so one has to go. I'm open to trades - mostly for other vintage Omega watches.
Dial and hands - Nice linen dial is in good condition. The lume is intact but has turned a grey color on the dial. The paint and lume is intact on the hands.
Case - Case is sharp and shows wear, particularly on the bezel with marks around 4, 7, and between 9 - 10. There is also a mark on the lower right lug and idiot marks on the case back. I've done my best to capture the blemishes in the photos. The case is 34 mm in diameter not including the crown, 19mm between the lugs, and 40mm lug-to-lug.
Crystal - The is a v-shaped crack on the edge of the crystal between 46 - 47 that can be seen in the photos, so a replacement is recommended at next service.
Movement - Service history is unknown, but the watch is running well. When I first received the watch, it was losing 4 minutes per day, I adjusted the regulator slightly, so it is now gaining less than 30 seconds per day. I've included a timegrapher image from when I regulated it that shows a beat error of 0.3 and amplitude of 262 in the dial down position. The quick-set date function works but is a little stiff. There are signs of rotor rub on the case back. A service is recommended before wearing regularly.
Bracelet - Wear to the 1507 bracelet and 518 end links is commensurate to the watch case. I couldn't find much info online about this 1507 bracelet other than examples that sold on OF in 2019 and WUS in 2020, so I've split the difference between the prices in my valuation. The 1040 seems to be more common for this reference, but the 1507 appears to be correct as well based on the info I could find. The bracelet has had an ultrasonic clean, although there appear to be some hard water stains in the pictures that I can't see on the wrist. The bracelet fits my 7.25" wrist and still has one adjustment left on the clasp.
Feedback - I have some seller and buyer feedback here on OF and 500+ feedback on ebay under the same username: https://omegaforums.net/search/18098136/?q=sonicosa&o=date&c[node]=10
Thanks for the space OF, feel free to send me any questions, requests for more pictures, etc.
