Hi all. Here's a pretty great C-case Constellation from 1968 in stainless steel offered up for sale The watch has a cal. 564 chronometer-rated movement with quick-set date that works perfectly. The date snaps over at midnight when setting the time and the watch gains about 8 seconds a day when worn. There is no service history and I would suggest a service should it be put into regular use. The movement looks good with a few marks of discolouration on the rotor and very light rubbing marks. The 35mm wide case is quite sharp and has its original brushing everywhere apart from on the bezel. Facet are very good and the case isn't rounded. There are no large dings anywhere on the steel. Case back looks fine with one or two light marks of carelesness. Crown is the correct item. The sunburst dial is beautiful and completely blemish-free. The only detractor is that most of the lume has gone from the 7 o'clock marker. Hands are faultless and all tritium has aged to perfection. The crystal is an original Omega item, which I have polished. No cracks or crazing, only scratches. Hope I have described it reasonably well - it really is a very nice looking specimen. Have a good look at the photos and be the judge of the condition. I'd like €490 PP inclusive, excluding shipping. The watch comes without strap and is located in Denmark, EU. Returns only if item has been misrepresented. Thanks for looking! - Troels.
Thanks for all the interest - will cross the Atlantic Ocean within a few days Hoping to see it again in WRUW!
