Omega Constellation 14381 Re-Dial or original Dial?

I am thinking to buy the following Omega Constellation. But I am not sure if the dial is correct/original. I was talking to the seller and he says it’s original and asks 1100€ and I am arguing that’s too much because I think it’s a redial. It’s too glossy white for me although the font style looks good but it’s missing the Swiss made below the 6 and some minute markers seem off.

What do you guys think is it an original dial or also a redial/fixed dial like the service crown the watch has?

And it’s running two to 3 minutes to slow so it definitely needs a service which he also argues it doesn’t need. That’s normal for such an old watch which I also wouldn’t say and accept. So considering this I am thinking of offering 650€ for it - too much or too less?

Unless you are in love with the watch, I would pass if I were you.

Very soft lugs and bezel.
Reasonable but definite redial.
Moisture damage to dial since the redial.

Move on, look for a good example within your budget. It's highly unlikely any seller will accept an offer that's not even 60% of the asking.

and, by dint of the 'R' before the 59,7xx serial and the style of the regulator, it appears to have a complete replacement movement

I'm afraid that I wouldn't even offer €650 for this watch

I am not in love with it but he seemed to be a guy that I am able negotiate with if I reason why I wont pay what he asks for!… but yeah I probably should just move on!…. And keep on looking….

Not worth the hustle, with a redial. If I am honest a original one with patina would be nicer than a redial with patina…

Learn to look closely at the dial. There is discoloration, likely water damage, at periphery from 2-4 and at 7 markers. This drops value considerably.
Agree w all above hard pass on this one.

interesting I was wondering what that meant and could figure out such a late movement serial. But if it’s a replacement that makes sense. So thank you very much then it’s for sure a pass! Thank you all for your fast reply’s!

Thank you very much for clearing up where the dial aging comes from and that it probably must have been water!

I will pass for sure!

Oh, absolutely not. I'm just saying that there's probably not even a point in starting a negotiation, given the discrepancy. This is far from being 650€ worth of watch.
