You also have a bit of rotor rub so get it serviced if you intend to wear it. The crown is a replacement -but who cares when you have a watch like this one. Congratulations - a very desirable watch.

I hope you're not planning to sell it, because even though it would fetch some money it's probably more valuable as a memory of your grandfather. Yes, service it before wearing it or winding it fully. If it's been a few years the lubrication dries out and running it will cause excess wear.
