If you like the round cases then you should be able to find a good one within your budget.

(If I don’t see them first;))

They come in pie pan and dome dial and are currently less sought after than the older variants.
Gold cap should be less than SS

The Connie you posted at the top of the thread is a ‘round cased’ Connie.
.004 or .010 (its an .010 in your post. )
often called ‘hidden crown’ due to the recessed crown.
There are later round cased versions with flat dials with expressed crowns - and these are even less expensive.
This is what the lugs and bezel should look like on .010s

Tbh , i didn't make any difference between all of them haha .
Well i do like the pie pan version . If it's more affordable it will help me a lot considering it's a gift for my brother as i am a student ...

I think perhaps you need to throttle back a little if you are looking to buy a Constellation.
read Desmond's blog end to end and get a feel for all of the different styles available.

Pie-pans will always cost you more than a dome dial as they are more sought after.
Whilst I like pie-pans, I prefer the 'calmness' of the dome dial - I think they are more wearable as an everyday watch (and I wear a Connie every day) but that is just a personal preference

I do apreciate those that you've showed me . The only thing is that he doesn't dress up that often . Therefore , he can possibly pull out a piepan which sets him a part because of the originality of the piepan . I don't know if i express myself clearly enough .

For myself , i would like a UG polerouter and a Longines Conquest heritage . This would be my "dressy" .

Then i'll probably get a Christopher Ward as a diver and a Rolex datejust in 2019 .

I think you may be too late but try a pm.
