The dial can be repaired however I doubt that it is factory original and may not be worth the effort or cost
    involved.

    This is a legit example!
And yes, it could be restored (at least partly) - but will be a costly path I guess.
Depends on the condition of case and movement if it is worth to go it...

This is not an enamel dial! It is just lacquer - very hard to restore and you will realize that it has been re-done!
I would avoid because the case is too much worn/polished too and it is not worth to go on a costly redial-trip...
    just my 2 cents

Looking at the photo of your dial I thought that may be it was poor imitation of vitreous
enamel dial. Now looking at the back I see that it has counter enamel that is always used
with vitreous enamel work. What threw me off at first was an image that was not as artistically done
as other Omega dials. I can suggest someone to you who may find you someone to work on your dial.
He is an artist working with enameling. He was one of my teachers at the Academy.

    Hi, Baoquang.
Here's a video that may interest you. The same dial restored from the same condition as your watch.

I generally don't believe in redials, but when work is done this well it deserves applause.

I would like to thank Sohail for the opportunity to restore his dial.
And for all other users and guests I've prepared a video slideshow showing step by step how we restored the beautiful dial.
    Enjoy!
