I noticed Omega is cleaning up the catalog on their website (at least in my region)

2019 Apollo 50th models are gone (two tone and moonshine)
2017 trilogy Speedmaster (seamaster and railmaster too)
Railmasters
Speedmaster Mark2
Titanium Ploprofs
Z-33 , X-33 solar impulse and X-33 New Zealand (instruments)

Probably more that I'm missing..

Probably for the better. I always thought it was dumb for Omega to display watches not in their catalog anymore.

I suspect the reason Omega kept older references with a message to contact your boutique was because some unpopular watches would go unsold for years. There are stories of people buying a watch off the back shelf years after it came out. That doesn't happen today.

Early on I was fooled into hoping that a watch might still be available and contacted a few boutiques, only to be politely assured that everything was long ago sold out. I wonder how many calls like that boutiques were still answering. I bet they are relieved with the updates.

Just checked. I am surprised that all the Ploprofs except the summer blue are gone. I thought they would remove a dial color but still have something available. That's a little sad, as they are so uniquely Omega, regardless of how few people may buy one.

^^^ this. Still happens. I know my OB in London still has a trilogy railmaster, and back in December still had the trilogy seamaster too (not sure if that’s still there). I also picked up a full Sedna FOIS which wasn’t popular but which I happened to really like.

Might grab a Railmaster. Relatively cheap from Japan.

TWC The Watch Co Tokyo... absolutely brilliant to deal with

I got a blue face Railmaster (220.10.40.20.03.001) on stainless steel bracelet from them, paid the VAT on import saved about 45% on UK retail from Omega AD... highly recommend TWC
