This one arrived this week. From the auctions pictures my guess was a CK730 and after consulting our expert in this area @Tire-comedon I think it is our best guess on a reference. CK730 was made with different case style and both cal. T17 and 20F. After receiving it and getting it opened it turns out to be a cal. T17 It will fit in my small T17 collection The serialnumber dates it to around1935. My cal. T17 And some CK730 add's with credit to @Tire-comedon note the different cases and calibers.
I like these watches but know nothing about them. How much do they go for if it was a good example? I see some battered up ones on ebay sometimes but never in good condition. Might try to find one some day.
What a beautifully curated collection. Thanks for sharing it. I love the tank style and hope to find 1 Omega tank as nice as yours!
i have only one CK 901 left. is one of my favourite watches . like to find a black dial...... kind regards. achim
I see some crazy prices on eBay. I buy them at local auctions and have paid between 270-390$ for the steels and the 14k was expensive with 525$
Here are My two Art Deco style Omegas. Both with Dennison cases. The two tone one dates from around 1935 is slightly unusual in that it is 18kt yellow gold and white gold the other is 9kt and is circa 1939.
I have a few too. these watches are very elegant though a little small. i wish Omega made some rectangular watches again.
Hi If I ever look at selling I will keep you ln mind. What model number is it as the lugs are concealed where the strap meets the case. Cheers Russell.
Hi, I will post the ref number this evening Paris time (don't know it by heart, I need to go through my catalogs...)
