Hello everyone.
I recently purchased this Omega CK 859, caliber 30 (no 30T1, no 30T2), diameter 37.5mm, Staybrite.
From the serial numbers of the case and movement I believe that the watch dates back to the end of 1939, beginning of 1940.
I have been able to verify that the seconds hand is not original.
However, I worry about hours and minutes hands. In your opinion, are these hands correct on this dial?
Thanks to anyone who can help me understand.

Good match to the dial design. On this watch I restored. I grabbed these pocket watch hands out of a hand tray

Its a nice and well preserved watch with a coveted dial design - huge congrats. And with cal 30 it is a bonus...
IMO hour and minute hands are OK, they are found on watches of the 30mm family.
You are correct about the seconds hand, it is too short and has a wrong shape.
What is interesting and worth noting on the dial is the additional outer seconds track (on a sub-second watch).
This is of no use but might be a design thing. Don´t worry its correct and I have already seen this on several watches of this era.

Tks, friend. despite some doubts about the hands I fell in love with it and bought it anyway. could you give me a commercial evaluation?

Lets do it the other way round - tell us how much you paid and I can tell you if it was a good purchas or not.

Maybe it would be best just to enjoy your watch without asking for a valuation. It's a nice jumbo model and it's an appealing watch.

Who makes that strap?
It comes from SM Urban Straps, high quality italian straps sold by two well known passionates/collectors.
