    The serial number dates it to around 1952, and the movement is manual wind is all we can tell you from the details you've given but pics tell much more of the story.

    Can you do a dial closeup as well and a shot of the inside of the caseback?

    Ok, looks like a 14K solid gold, manual winding Calibre 266 movement watch from about 1952, whether its all kosher or not and whether or not the dial is original is a call I'll leave for someone better versed in such matters.

    Pretty cool. Lettering matching the color of the hands and markers is a good indication it's authentic.

    Looks like a redial to me.

    OMEGA is too close to the logo.
