Well, first piece of relevant information is that the 613 is a date movement, so....

Are you sure it's a 613?

Well, looks like you have yourself a franken watch. In any case, the movement is a manually wound movement with date, 12 1/2 lignes in size, 17 jewels, 19,800 A/h, with a 38 hour power reserve.

Generally speaking they are reliable and accurate if not in terrible shape. Your watch looks like it has some rust, may be in need of a service, and has had some parts replaced from a donor watch I suspect. In a word it looks rough.

Hope this helps.

Cheers, Al

Redone dial also, and as already told the dial should have had a date window if it was to fit the caliber 613 with date. Do you have the reference number form the inside of the caseback?

135.012 (135.0012) should have a caliber 601 movement inside.

Same size I think, same model series, the date function is the difference
