Hello OF,

I am interested in the ref 2684 pictured below, I don’t know much about the ref, only what I could find here and at various sites.

It appears to be in good original unpolished shape with original band and buckle, but I feel the asking price is crazy >$3000. I found that the exact watch sold on Chrono24 not to long ago for $2000.

what do you think of this ref?
Has it really appreciated that much over a year?
What alternative ref’s are available, I noticed X350 XJR sold a very nice pink gold Omega for $850 in great shape.

thanks for the help.

Looks like a Tresor 2684_ not 2584.

thank you, the for sale post on Chrono24 said 2584 but that could be why I wasn’t able to find to much info.

Does the Honeycomb dial add any value, is it more desirable.

Not when its dirty like this one. I would prefer even patina

I've found the watch and its $3650!!! It's incredibly overpriced and even more so when you take into consideration the bent bottom left lug

Yes, the patina isn’t the most attractive. I like ref though and have not seen one like it on any of my searches. I agree the price is insane.

Did you see the bit about the bent lug?

Yea, this is a pretty popular online retailer. I wonder why they wouldn’t go full disclosure.
