    Hello everyone.
I wonder if you can provide some advice regarding an Omega CAL 267 serial number starts 1682**** which I think means it could be manufactured in 1950,s. It is fitted with a Dennisteel back 1784, with the last 3 of these digits stamped on case back
It was given to my deceased father in law by his then employer in approx 1965, exact year is not known as my wife was a child at time so cannot remember exactly.
Its a manual wind, 34mm dia, 36mm over crown, it was supplied with the Fixoflex expanding bracklet, we also have the original Omega box it was supply with.
Its in excellent overall condition, with no major scratches, mainly just light scratching to perspex. Its completely original and is un-molested IMG_20150207_143751.jpg IMG_20150207_142140.jpg IMG_20150206_151203.jpg IMG_20150206_151137.jpg IMG_20150207_142827.jpg IMG_20150207_142616.jpg There is some corrsosion on the fingers.
It is accurate to approx 30 seconds over 24 hours.
Is it just know as CAL 267 or does it have a model name?
Has anybody any idea of value including the box?

Many thanks for to you advice

Current market value should top out around $1K US. Original dial in excellent condition and sharp case edges serve to make it interesting to an Omega collector. Definitely worth the cost of servicing and restoring the hands, which look as though they've been tended to in the past by a not-so-deft watchmaker, should you decide to keep it. It's not likely you would recover the cost of servicing any time soon should you decide to sell.

    Hope this helps.

    Cordially,

    Art

    Hi Art
Thanks for that info, although as I understand it from my wife does not remember her father every having work done to the fingers. It was serviced a couple of years ago by a local jewelers. Its just been sat in a drawer since then because to be honest I cannot really get on with mechanical watches.

    Cheer's
