I think you'll have a very hard time finding one. For every original dial, there are at least 5 redials. And those are the ones that are still on the watches. Dials from scrapped watches tend to be in very poor condition. Good luck, gatorcpa
Sigh, I did suspect so, might have to go down the refinish route as the original dial is really tired
