I stashed these away since the mid-90s, picked them up from a retired watchmaker. They are NOS 14mm buckles and 18mm/14mm straps. The extra taper looks great on dressier vintage Omegas from the 50s to 70s. Suggested Min Donation $50, or whatever you want to donate, more is greatly appreciated of course. Nice gesture, I'll take 9 wide and donate $50 to international Red Cross as my employer will match so
Fantastic idea! Can't go wrong helping those in need in Nepal...I work with a fellow from Nepal and his contacts say the country is devastated by this earthquake. I will start: would love the light brown/caramel lizard strap (middle of 1st pic) with a narrow logo buckle, need to fit lugs of 18 mm Have donated to the Canadian Red Cross specifically for Nepal Relief, $100 Cdn (about $82 US as of yesterday). CONUS address coming your way.
That's a very nice gesture. Thank you. Number 10 with a thin buckle would be fantastic please. 80 USD International Red Cross. I will send you a DM with details of the donation. Thanks Bill
Number 3 wide please alfanator. $75 AUD (approximately $60USD) to MAP International. Thank you. Beautiful idea, you're very kind.
And I'll take no. 2, wide buckle, 100sgd to my local Red Cross effort for Nepal. By my reckoning, all 10 straps are gone!
Looks like I just missed out. Fantastic and generous idea! I will have to make a donation anyway when I get to work.
£100 already donated to British Red Cross when the sh*t hit the fan Apparently the Red Cross have been waiting for this 'event' to happen for years and were geared up to move whenever it happened -so donating to them made most sense at the time. Nice to see the Indian nation taking the lead in relief efforts My company were about to project manage a wonderful hotel refurbishment/development in Katmandu -not any more -all gone. An astonishingly woeful disaster to hit one of the most unique and wonderful places on earth Great post Alfanator Philip
Thanks everyone for your generous support. These went faster than expected. Please check your PMs for confirmations. alf
