Okay - so you have a De Ville quartz wearing a BoR
Which in itself is probably unusual
What's the backstory to the watch?

 

I bought it at an antique fair the guy said it was broken because only the hour hand moves when you turn the crown ! So I paid him for it took it home put a new battery set the time and it runs superb

 

I think I should put a new crown on it but don't know if it's worth putting money into this watch what do you guys think ?

 

Well having 'aided and abetted' I could leave you hanging...
Quartz watches are so far out of my comfort zone I can't answer your question about whether it's worthwhile or not
Do you like the watch and will you wear it?

 

I have three watches now so I think it fits in with 70's 80's and 90's theme
