    Hey Folks,
do we have a definitive BOR reference guide anywhere? I've been doing some searching here and google, and finding bits of information here and there, but nothing consolidated.
I'm looking for an 18mm 7 row BOR bracelet, and it seems like there are several different ref #s for those, plus the 9 rows, and then there are old ones, and moderns ones, and my head is starting to spin a bit from all the different versions.
If anyone can point me towards a good resource that would be much appreciated.
    thx

Lets clarify nomenclature first. These are typically referred to by the number of rows of center links, five and seven.

You are probably looking for a 1036 then. Like these:

actually the watch is on a 1502 right now (but too short for my wrists).

Looking around online it I have seen people saying the 1502, 1038, 3110, 3010, and 8220 are all variants on the 5 link BOR, but it's slow going to track down if this is true....

I guess add your 1036 version above to the list?

Not to mention all the versions of end links that go with the 6 different ref #s above...lol

One needs to keep in mind that these bracelets were not case specific, just the end links were/are. Bracelets were sold as accessories based on what a retailer hand on hand, as these watches were supplied on leather straps. To get overly fixated on a given bracelet reference for a given case reference is only going to drive one to insanity.

I printed this out so I'll know what to look for as a replacement for my broken 1502

Wrong style- you need the 7-row.

That one is for styles like the 166.010, 14701, and the pre-61 beefy lugs.

Thanks for tagging me in this.

The most common 7 row BoR bracelets are the following: 1503 (earliest I have seen is from 1967), 1068, 8270 and the aforementioned 1037. From what I can gather, the correct bracelet/endlink combination is a 128 endlink with a 1037 bracelet for that watch.
