Hi @Edfra, i can recommend you "Omega - A Journey through Time".
However you will probably have to look for used one. I managed to find one which was still sealed for ~250 EUR.
Its over 800 pages and 4kg heavy, is a great reference book for vintage watches.

Moonwatch Only is only good for a limited selection of Speedmaster's. For all the other countless models it is useless. A Journey Through Time is a much, much better all rounder

There's also this (still on my to buy list)
and this one by John Goldberger (can't remember)

and by Isnardi (peronally it is not my favorite)

And by Anton Kreuzer (never had it in my hands)
And of course - but just for the pics - the Antiquorum Omegamania catalogue (bought it cheap a long time ago. Its way too expensive now)

Can anyone recommend a book on watch complications? I would really like to learn the details of what makes one better than another.

Until it saves you from a big mistake, then it is crazy cheap.

I don't know of a single, (or married) serious collector that doesn't reference this book.

I wonder if Omega Designs and A Journey Through Time have plenty of cal 320 action (story and images)?
