For your comparison pleasure:
greetings from mine which is in an pretty good condition case- and braceletwise. Washed or faded out colour /print on the outer areas of the dial seems to be quite normal with these.

·Seems like the OP’s example has had a pretty rough life and for sure has a wrong bezel. Recommend to look at pictures of this reference and to use a bit of google, search even this forum to get a better understanding of what’s correct and what’s not. Here’s mine and pictures how a proper dial / hands / dial should look like.
