Hi Thank you, well no need to look further Yes I'm 100 percent sure that the hands are original to the watch. They have slightly lighter lume as stated in the add . They might have been relumed at some point but could have aged just different as well. Don't know for sure and that's why I just left it's at "slightly different" tritium color. /Kapka
I'm literally waiting on a '63 Oyster Date I just snagged to come in, or this would be too good to resist. :/ GLWS!
I have no connection with vendor. I have a 120 from 67. I bought it from a trusted OF member. The hands have the same sort of discrepancy of lume colour as this one, although not quite as marked. Presumably the hands and dial came from different places and different lume paint was used. PM me if you want a photo. James
Finally. I was getting very weak. Congrats to both seller and the new owner. Beautiful piece, very fair price.
Glad this sold here on OF. Just watched a POS sell on eBay for $1.5k and immediately thought about this one being leagues better for little more. To the new buyer- you got a good one.
OF is a small marketplace. Sometimes it's better to bring a watch to a bigger audience. This was a good buy. Cheers!
I agree, really strange because there is so many posts and discussions about fake and Franken ones and I thought that price was very fair. Sometimes I have a feeling that people won't buy because it's to easy, lack of excitement or something . Anyhow, very happy for the buyer and let's keep hunting. Thanks everyone for the support, appreciate that!
