Have you an Omega with a serial from above? Or if you know an answer withouto measure a crown, I am glad to hear.

I spoke with two sellers of Omega crowns and I received two different answers. First seller told me I need a 4.6 mm crown and second told me I need a 5 mm crown.

If you need a photo with the wristwatch, I shall upload.

I am expecting an opinion. Thank you. Have a nice day.

I don't know the size of the crown. I do have the part number. It is "ST42052" and should look like this:

There is one for sale on eBay from WatchCo in Australia

The shipping cost is more than the crown itself. JulesBorel.com also has them. Don't know about Ofrei.com, as their website is down at the moment.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi
Thank you gatorcpa for your help. Do you have an account on JulesBorel.com? What is the price of their site?
On Ofrei.com the crown is 39.96 dollars. It is expensive for me.

On your link, at description appears: Diameter of Crown. 4.2mm

I found two links, with Omega crown 42527, but the diameters are 4.5mm.

An opinion about the difference betwen the diameters of the crowns?
I saw the crowns with tubes. How do I know if I need a tube?

I am thinking to buy a 4.5 mm crown, because it is easier to find and it has a better price than 4.2mm crown.

I am expecting an answer. Thank you for your help. Have a nice day.

On Jules Borel's website, the price is $18.50, plus shipping for the ST42052. I don't know the price of the ST42527. You would need to call them to set up an account.

I am not a watchmaker and really can't properly answer your questions on sizes or tubes. You would probably need to consult with one.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi!
I bought a crown from South Africa. The envelope is send registered with tracking number.
It arrived in 2 working days from the moment of last scan in South Africa. I am from Romania. 8500 km in 2 days.
Pani is a nice person. He responded at my messages in the same day when I wrote him.

Here it is the crown that I bought: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/OMEGA-Wat...667?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item35bf9af6cbPurchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

It is the cheaper crown I found on eBay.

    Pani eBay store: http://stores.ebay.com/Vintage-Watch-Market

On the site, are more products than on eBay: http://www.vintagewatchmarket.com/

You can buy with confidence. He is trusted seller.

Other user with Omega crowns from eBay, you can find here: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NOS-OMEGA...891443171?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item2321d4b3e3Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network

2005dantor is a nice person too. I asked him about the crown and he responded me in the same day. He is from Poland and he has good prices too for Omega crowns.

I preferred Pani, because he has a cheaper price. He also includes a tube with the crown.

2005dantor has a litter expensive prices. I don't know if he includes a tube, I didn't asked him. You can ask.

I sent two photos to Pani, before he shipped the envelope and he said my tube looks fine, but he included the tube with the crown.

If someone needs information, I am happy to answer.

Thank you gatorcpa for your answers. Have a nice day for you and for all Omega forum users.

eBay. But you’ll need to buy the whole watch.

Very difficult to buy case and dial sets and Omega does not sell them.
