Omega AT Question

Greetings all. Newbie to the forum here. I just bought a pre-owned 231.13.39.21.02.003 which comes standard on the leather strap. I was curious is anyone knew if Omega makes a bracelet for this watch or if there were any aftermarket options for bracelet. I understand a 19mm straight-end bracelet would work but I just hate that gap it creates. I’d much prefer something that’s made to fit this case specifically. Thanks in advance!

There are bracelet versions of this size AT. Those bracelets are available from Omega and will fit your watch.

Yes. There are two Omega bracelets that will fit your watch perfectly. One is fully brushed and the other has polished center links. You can contact an Omega boutique or authorized dealer to order for you. Or call the Swatch Group customer service number for your country and they can connect you with the parts department to order for you.

If you want fully brushed, the bracelet model number is 1587/986 and the part number is 020ST1587986. It looks like this:

If you want polished center links the model number is 1519/697 and the part number is 020ST1519697. It looks like this:

The only difference between the two is brushed vs. polished center links. Personally, I prefer fully brushed as the polished center links get scratched up very quickly and they also show fingerprints and smudges. But the polished center links bracelet has a dressier look. The choice is yours. Either way, the bracelet is not inexpensive, it will run you around $800 (USD).

Now that I know about the OEM, does anyone have any suggestions for AM bracelets that fit properly?

Uncle Straps sells three different bracelets that fit the current gen 38mm AT. They can be adapted to fit the 38.5mm version of the AT but you have to remove the tabs on the end links (the little wings that stick out on the edges). I've done this and it works. But it's helpful to use some double sided tape on the edge of the end link so it doesn't wiggle around (the edge that touches the case--not the edges that touch the lugs). I use double sided tape that's intended for use installing golf club grips.

Interesting. I bought that bracelet and realized it didn't fit. How did you actually remove the tabs?

Hold the end link on its side and run it across sandpaper. Something like 150, 180, or 220 should do the trick.

Here's what it looks like.
