Oh wow.........never seen like this. Even in AJTT IIRC. Certainly unique and rare. Where do you get it? Is it all original or some kind of mods?
Could you share case back pictures?

From the photo's provided this looks more like an auto version than a speedie pro to me, I could be wrong but I am fairly sure it is not a 145.0022 case and I would guess it's a cal 3220, as for the dial no idea at all

um...speaking from ignorance...but that's a legit Omega issue? The dial strikes me as strangely...Ukranian.

To my knowledge the 864 caliber was used in the 1994 White Gold chronometer produced in 500 units and another limited edition I think it was platinum or yellow gold. That watch looks like a 3594.50 that had a donor 864 movement and the dial was printed using the Apollo XII patch with the subdial and second hands changed.

It's "something". Exactly what it is would be better defined if we saw the back and and what is inside. Mod may be too flattering a term.

That's definitely a mod. Seems to me like a mod on the '57 edition of 1999-2003. In any case, it is something I would leave alone. Just to be sure :)
