Hello, i have the aquaterra, caliber 8500 since a year, and recently, when i started adjusting it, i had some issues with he crown.
there is no problem when i wind it (position 1) or when i change the date (position 2), but the problem is sometimes (it happens rarely) when i go from position 2 to position 3, even if i move the crown the minute-hand doesn't move.
    What should i do ?

Take it to an OB or AD to get addressed under warranty?

Are sure it is locking fully out into position 3?

Well no it's not in position 3 if the hands doesnt move, but i don't think that shoul happen. It's like having a 2.5 position where you can turn the crown and nothing happen.

Try turning the crown a little as you are pulling it out to position 3 and see if that helps.

Could dirt or grime have gotten into the stem thus making it harder to pull to position 3? I have the 8500 AT as well, also over a year old now, but I've had no problems with the crown.

If you bought it new and it’s only a year old it’s still inside the warranty. Back to Omega it should go.

Not sure where you’re located but in the UK if you speak to the Omega Service Centre in Southampton they will send you the packaging to ship it down to them fully insured foc.

Good luck with getting it sorted out
