so i picked up an omega F6231 with a 342 bumper auto.. the hair
spring is a bit messed up and im not sure if there is supposed to me a ring to hold the movement in or just straps but whatever it is is missing.. also need a hex style ring to hold the back in.. i really like this watch and need help finding parts. the movement looks unmolested to me but maybe im wrong.. does anyone have any of the parts i need or know where to get them? 20180907_155901.jpg 20180907_155848.jpg 20180907_155834.jpg 20180907_155825.jpg 20180907_155803.jpg 20180907_155742.jpg 15363503994442937008653099833391.jpg

Sadly I think it's either a lost cause or a money pit.

Caseback and case ring will be hard to source unless you find a donor somewhere.

The movement has missing parts, obvious ones are regulator assembly, casing tabs and screws and who knows what lies beneath.
Even with all of the parts, what condition are they in and what would have to be replaced, e.g.:https://omegaforums.net/threads/basic-watchmaking-tips-spotting-wear.81025/#post-1036593

Save yourself some heartache and move on.
