No specific model name, although there should be a six digit reference number stamped inside the case back.

The caliber 613, is a hand wind movement of high quality, typical of 1960s Omegas.

Incorrect hands. Damaged dial. Movement status?
Not much worth I am afraid.
    For parts perhaps?

Looks like it will not clean up well I am afraid.
    Could be moisture spots?
Clean ones seen on ebay at about usd 200. Yours are not clean. Sorry!

Ah I paid $130, so you reckon it would cost more to do up than it's worth?

Afraid so. If it was the watch from a loved one you might have it cleaned up for sentimental reasons.
But there is also the option of just wearing it like it is. Just do not expect to make a profit. A service, correct hands and a clean dial will cost way more than your purchase price.

If you need to ask, then do not attempt to do anything with the movement! It will only get worse.
A watch movement is a delicate machine requiring skills acquired by dedicated training and education over years in order to serve.
Better put the lid back on and see one of those guys that have already done their training. Watch DIY will end in misery!
