    SOLD Omega 1953 RAF military in very good condition

    Stainless steel case ref 2777-1 with screw down back and Royal Airforce markings, all in very good condition, normal wearing marks and scratches to the case, case looks to be in untouched condition, dustcover and spacer ring intact, no rust or corrosion

    Original dial and hands, no scratches to the acrylic crystal

    Movement caliber 283 just been serviced and is keeping excellent time

    Movement serialnumber 13 million which dates this watch back to 1953

    Case measures ca 36mm without the crown

    Comes with new grey Nato strap

    Real collectors item and hard to find in this condition.

    Asking price 1400 GBP, payment by bt or Paypal "gift"

    Watch is in London

    For anyone looking for an omega '53 RAF Fat Arrow, you would be hard pressed to find a better example than this one. Price is IMO also appropriate given the condition of the watch.

    Nice watch and highly collectible
    IMO you may want to put this up for sale on the Post Exchange at The Military Watch Resource (MWR www.broadarrow.net)
    I bet there are some collectors there who are looking for an Omega like this-Good Luck selling

    The famous "Doohickey" is fast becoming a sought after piece, the retaining ring in the last image.
    One of our own has had a want to for some time now.
