I agree.. if I could get that for my chrono, it would be excellent.

on other hand, today I have talked with one watchmaker and he told me that he did seen problems like that earlier and he presume that this is from some factory oil or simmilar and that this isnt any UV problem.

That would be enough oil to lubricate about 50 watches, so again, unlikely to be oil.

Possibly from UV, I have a Breitling model that was notorious for its caliber to do this, one was a bull’s-eye like yours but not symmetrical. I still have the other one the silver outside dial turned to gold.
Or gassed out leaving copper for the dial but the printing still there.
