I am selling a beautiful and increasingly uncommon 343 Rg chronometre. It runs well and keeps time - but requires a service. The bumper gets a bit stuck when the back is fully fastened. This should be remedied by a competent service.

    34mm in diameter.

The dial is in very good condition, with that sweet honey glaze, which is typical of this reference.

    $1,200 OBO via Paypal.

If the hammer gets stuck, when the lid is pressed on, the movement is most likely not correctly inserted into the case.

It could be a wrong crystal/ tension ring too....

Should be a quick fix in that case. If I were you, I should see to that before selling

I did rotate the case around the first time I took the back off. I suppose the movement could have become off-centered then. I will check when I can. Thanks for the advise.

Martrux is correct. Here is what I believe the issue is: If you look at the first picture you see there is a space between the dial and the tension ring around the 12 marker. If you look at the second picture, you will see an arrow pointing to a small stud in the side of the base plate. This stud fits into a groove just below where it is seated now. You need to gently remove the movement and insert it back by tilting the case so the stud fits into the groove. This will allow the movement to be properly seated and solve the problem. Hope this helps.
