Hi, can anyone give me information and maybe value for this clock..Inside is 332 and serial little over 12milj..Also there is hadsworth and 80microns inside backplate.

No, not rare. They are not common, but no 332 model is common. And among collectors, gold-plated watches are low on the list of desirable models. Steel and full gold cases are by far the most desirable.
