I have an opportunity to acquire an Omega Chronograph with the cal. 33.3 movement. I am not so familiar with this model but all I know is that they are highly collectible. I checked the internet but I could not find one with a similar dial and case combination. Likewise, I am lost as far as what they sell for in this condition. Any assistance is highly appreciated.

Sorry, I can't help with this exact dial.
The only info I found is that it looks like a ref CK 987, that was indeed proposed with an optional pulsometer dial according to the 1940 catalog (by the way all other 33.3 chronos in this catalog are proposed with tachymeter or telemeter options but not pulsometer), so a pulsometer would be correct for this ref. :

Couldn't find a picture with a black dial. There is a price list for dial options, including oxydized black) available for cal. 43, 38.5, 37.6, 37.5, 30, 26.5, 23.4, 23.4SC and 19.4, but apparently not for cal. 33.3 :
